Gim Triple Seven Sdn Bhd and the Malaysian Rubber Board have jointly formulated a new fertiliser under the brand name "Greenyield" for rubber trees undergoing stimulation. This fertiliser is specially formulated to provide adequate plant nutrients in order to sustain high latex yield and to maintain the vigour of the stimulated trees. It has a balanced formulation to suit different kinds of stimulation i.e. liquid stimulation using Ethephon Plus or gaseous stimulation using the RRIMFLOW system. The Group and the Malaysian Rubber Board are currently in negotiations to enter into an agreement to commercialise the "Greenyield" fertiliser.
